Shift Lead - Salem’s Fresh Eats
Location: 6108 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809
As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide your team through each shift, keeping service quick, quality high, and guests smiling. You’ll assist with training, oversee operations, and support management to make every shift a success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate team members on shift.
- Handle guest concerns & maintain smooth service.
- Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety.
- Manage cash & closing/opening procedures.
- Manage shift coverage and assist with minor staffing needs.
- Communicate key updates to management.
