Night Shift Lead - Salem’s Fresh Eats

Location: 1701 34th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711.
Schedule: Evening/Night Shifts.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide your team through each shift, keeping service quick, quality high, and guests smiling. You’ll assist with training, oversee operations, and support management to make every shift a success.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate team members on shift.
Handle guest concerns & maintain smooth service.
Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety.
Manage cash & closing/opening procedures.
Manage shift coverage and assist with minor staffing needs.
